The Process

Consultation
On-site | 30 mins - 1 hr. • introductions/establish a relationship • listen to your vision • educate you on our processes • property measurements • obtain initial design requirements
Estimate
Our first estimate reflects the initial design requirements from our on-site consultation. Your estimate will be sent via e-mail for your review and proposed design edits. Two rounds of edits are included. *Administrative Fee - $50 for each additional round of design edits requested.
Proposal
Once the estimate is finalized, you will receive our design proposal for approval & signing. A 25% deposit is required upon signing the proposal to secure your project in our construction schedule. Our proposal includes the option of a professional 3D design. Professional 3D Design Fee: $800-1200.
Schedule
Once we receive the signed design proposal and your 25% deposit, your project will be added to our construction schedule. Our projects are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. We do our best to accommodate preferred timelines, but we cannot guarantee it. We do not place "holds" in our construction schedule under any circumstances.
